Keynotes on what AI is changing, before most rooms notice
I talk about the shift while it's still early: why AI rollouts stall, how AI answers replace search, and what that means for brands and teams. Every talk comes from live work, not slides about other people's work.

Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to: access the personal data held about you, request correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer. To exercise any of these rights, contact daniel.wishnia@wishol.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Legal basis for processing
Essential cookies are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional website). Analytics and Microsoft cookies are processed under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent). Consent is obtained before any non-essential cookies are set, in accordance with the GDPR and the German TDDDG (Section 25).
Data retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics and then automatically deleted. Your consent preference is stored locally for 365 days. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings or by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in legal requirements or the tools used on this site. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes will trigger a new consent request.
This website collects the minimum data necessary to function and improve. Specifically: cookie consent preferences (stored locally on your device), anonymized analytics data (page views, session duration, referral source) if you consent to analytics cookies, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting me via email or LinkedIn.
How your data is used
Essential data: to ensure the website functions correctly and to remember your cookie preferences. Analytics data (with consent only): to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are most useful, and how to improve content and performance. Contact data: to respond to your inquiries, discuss potential advisory work, or arrange speaking engagements.
Third-party processors
When you consent to analytics cookies, data may be processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) and Microsoft Corporation (Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Clarity). Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No personal data is shared with other third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes.
Data transfers outside the EU
Analytics data may be transferred to the United States for processing by Google and Microsoft. These transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Data retention
Cookie consent preferences: 365 days (stored locally). Analytics data: 14 months (then automatically deleted by Google). Contact correspondence: retained as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the inquiry, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact daniel.wishnia@wishol.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for Germany: the relevant state data protection authority; for general EU matters: your local DPA).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
